CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted to pworden@resourceinstituteinc.org and received before July 1, 2019 to receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50. Cancellation requests received after July 1, 2019 will be ineligible for refund.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time by emailing pworden@resourceinstituteinc.org.
